Build & close out
Supervised construction, weekly updates, a punch list and a final walk-through before the last payment.

Seyhan Construction is owned and operated by Celal Kulaksiz, who brings four years of hands-on experience running residential and commercial construction projects in northern New Jersey. He manages every job personally: estimating, scheduling, crews, materials and inspections.
That means the person who quoted your project is the person on site, answering the phone, and signing off on the finished work.
